“I am writing in regards to certified Credit Union financial counselor and personal advisor team leader, Makayla WoodsAlthough I live in Ypsilanti last week Tuesday April 9th I was in Rochester and stopped into the Community Choice Credit Union on East Long Lake Road in Troy Michigan had a large settlement check to deposit. I had had many funerals and an emotional past week I was just coming from a burial and I had a couple of overdrafts due to being busy with funerals and such not getting to the bank on time. I then felt I needed to speak with someone promptly so I let the teller know promptly Makayla was a joy to work with charismatic empathetic knowledgeable steadfast the epitome of customer service! She also called me within 2 Days in regard to my deposit and for things that I needed to know in regard to this deposit she went and above and beyond in her service techniques I am very grateful to her friendly kindness! Even though I live in Ypsilanti and the Northville office is closer for me I will now be traveling to Rochester where my friend lives down the road conveniently from childhood and I will see her for all my financial services here out! Noelle was friendly and informative but most importantly she was able to expedite matters so that from start to finish, my loan was approved and dispersed in less than 3 days! I went to the sterling heights branch to deposit my down payment and Brenda helped me. She was warm, friendly, and again worked quickly to get me in and out. The majority of the staff at this branch are bilingual(Spanish) and they really do have an eye out for YOUR best interest. If you stop by you must go directly to the legend himself, Raymon Sanchez with his 10/10 service. He definitely went way above and beyond. “I visited the CUO in Ferndale on Friday, for a new Debit Card. The system was down, so they asked if I could come back on Saturday and use the Drive thru? I told them that I would come back. When I returned the next day, my Debit card was waiting for me, with no problem. All I had to do was activate the card. Thanks CUO!”
