This was gonna be my branch but can't comment on it. Citizens had the audacity to send me a mailer offering a bonus for signing up, allowed me to sign up and move money into checkings and savings and then locked me out of the account and closed it with no reason given. If related to credit history, couldn't they have reviewed this before sending an offer? I found out when I called to activate my debit card. This messed up my payroll and I lost several hours changing ACH numbers. Thought it was a very bad way of doing business. Signed up with Fifth-Third instead.

The tellers and managers are ALWAYS professional and helpful. The bank is always clean and they greet you with a smile. The personal touch they add to the customer is very refreshing.

I wish there was no star reviews. This bank should be ashamed of themselves … my MIL went here to wire money to the title company my husband and I were using for buying a house. The people who worked there (I know one of the names is Mark) told her it was a scam. They highly advised her not to send the money and I was being taken advantage of.
How dare they? Mark swore he use to work in mortgages and that’s not how things are done. And basically laughed at me. This almost prevents her from not sending the money at all. We had to go to a different branch to compete the transaction
.
And yes , I closed on my house today. Not a scam :)

Ferndale Branch Everyone that helped with my banking has been very helpful and courteous especially TIffany Poe when above and beyond to help me with my account.

I am trying to leave this bank as fast as possible. The overdraft fee situation is out of hand. Last month they literally charged me $400 in overdraft fees in less than 24 when I specifically signed up for no transactions to go thru unless there were funds in the bank. I use a bank account for two reasons to deposit my social security disability check and to pay credit card bills. That's it. And every single month they are literally stealing money from me. I hate this bank and can't wait to change banks next year

Sitting here waiting for someone to help me fix something that couldn’t be fixed online or by calling customer service. I am literally watching these employees fraternize, watched a person come out of nowhere and take the spot in front of me to speak to a banker, and they keep telling me in five minutes over and over, I just had to leave. They earned this rating.

One of the most unprofessional Branches of Citizens to go to. They spoke on my account in front of another customer. They're condescending, and slow. I’ll be closing my account with them promptly.

They stole my money. I went in, with CASH, got a receipt, and then magically the money is gone. Their back office “can’t” find it or see it, nothing. Then..when I go in to have it corrected, the “manager” has the gall to ask me why I need access to my money right away and can’t wait the 24-48 hours for it to post. Are you joking? Is this a joke? Apparently it was a joke, because the teller laughed about it in my face. I’m done with this branch. Unprofessional is the nicest word I can think of.

Their ATM stole my entire paycheck because it had no money in it but it still deducted the money from my account. We are on day 3 of them not fixing the problem and now I have no money to eat or pay my bills with. Don't go here!!!

I have been in this line for 1 hour With only 1 car in front of me and 10 cars behind me have Never been here before but I'm positive this is the last time I'll be coming to this location You would think if there is a problem You would tell the person to come inside to solve the issue So you can continue to process the rest of the people But I don't understand why do I have to go outside my neighborhood to be serviced by this Bank when I have one right in my neighborhood it's ridiculous
