  The tellers and managers are ALWAYS professional and helpful. The bank is always clean and they greet you with a smile. The personal touch they add to the customer is very refreshing.

  Ferndale Branch Everyone that helped with my banking has been very helpful and courteous especially TIffany Poe when above and beyond to help me with my account.

  This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to, they count the money slow and wrong and will literally have you waiting for no reason!!!
