Capital Carpet was a great discovery. They cleaned the carpet in my rental unit and an Art Deco Era 5X8 Persian area. Both jobs came out marvelous and their rates were fantastic. Matt(?), who cleaned the the area rug was very gracious and completed the job very fast. Great communication, pricing, and service from a friendly independent small local business.

Called Capital Carpet on recommendation of a friend that had a great experience and asked for Matt like she told me. Matt came out quickly, finished the job quickly - even helped with trouble spots on my area rugs- and the carpet looks and smells great!

I brought two off-white upholstered chairs from West Elm into Capital Carpet Cleaning's shop. Matthew and Michael did an exceptional job bringing them back to life. They had some pretty bad stains on them from an Italian Dressing explosion that I struggled to get out... and admittedly made worse by my own attempts at removal. I could quickly tell that they truly care about each individual customer and took special care to remove as many stains as they possibly could. They kept the chairs for a few days and did a few passes on them (at no additional charge-their prices are very reasonable!) just so that they looked their absolute best when they were returned. I look forward to working with this shop again for my carpet and couch cleaning in the future!

I’ve used this company a few times an everything was okay well yesterday I called an made an appointment the lady on the phone tell me the man is goin to call me between 8/8:30 to tell me the time they coming so I was up at 7:45 I never received a call I call an the same lady tell me they called an didn’t get a answer I said no he didn’t I was up my son have to be to school at 7:30 so I was up she gone say let me call an see did you miss him already how when I never got a call nor a set time an I also have cameras very rude an unprofessional never again!
