Went in for Marlboro special selects n they charge $11 something dollars!!! I turned around n walked rite out. Literally EVERYWHERE else they're $9.00-$10.00. How is this place gonna charge $2 more than everyone else? How do they get away with it? I have half a mind to report them to BBB for price gouging...

The clerk was very nice. And they serve a lot of energy drinks pops waters and alcoholic drinks. And the usual things that you find a convenience store.

Terrible customer service! I was just sold a stale and expired tobacco product..I opened the product in my car and realized it was hard and breaking apart before use. I went in the store and explained that the product was defective. I was met with nothing but disrespect and was told they don’t provide a new product because I opened it. How else would I know the product was defective if I don’t open it?? The staff was rude and did not even apologize for selling the defective product to me. I was given so much attitude from the white woman who was working today July 5th around 2pm. Check all products for dates! I will not spend my money here again

The manager of this property is beyond rude and disrespectful! Customer service is down the drain and customer satisfaction is not important to this location. Do no spend your money here!

This is my favorite gas station in Ferndale. I always chat with Virginia whom always has a smile and is very helpful. The staff are top notch and very friendly. Its a pleasure to stop there

I keep seeing Virginia R. commenting on my review page. She's been stalking me ever since I gave her business a poor review which it deserved. When I went to see her she stayed behind her desk & behind glass. I told her I'd report her to her HQ & she replied "Good luck with that". She is the poster child of nastiness & unprofessionalism. Now she keeps stalking my Yelp reviews. She must pay Yelp because they keep blocking her negative reviews. Could you please block her from my page????
