We were lucky enough to use Naddine and her team for our wedding as both our florists and our day-of coordinator. Naddine and her team were AWESOME! Many members of my family commented on how beautiful our florals were (and I fully agree). In addition, Naddine was phenomenal as my day-of coordinator, she was professional, helpful, kind, and responsive. I could not recommend Blum enough <3 thanks so much

DO NOT RECOMMEND this florist!! Imagine saving money for a whole year for your dream wedding, just to walk into your venue and not see an archway of thousands of flowers to walk under. The bridesmaids without bouquets. The groomsmen without their floral attachments. Not only was the years long vision ruined on the most special night, but the money for the service was never returned. Blüm floral will make this nightmare come true & crush your wedding dreams. ? Save yourself the pain.

This company had the wedding party panicking 1 hour before taking pictures at the park. The owner stated that her truck broke down and that they would be late delivering the flowers. As the mother of the bride, I was trying to figure out what stores I could go to grab bouquets just in case. She was a poor communicator during the whole process and neglected to deliver on her proposal. My husband custom made a 7 foot backdrop and there was not one flower on it. Very disappointing. She ended up refunding a third of the money paid. I hope she has improved her customer service since then, but in Taylor N’s review on her website she denies she had even dealt with her. So maybe not so much…

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT use them as your florist! On my wedding day, I was so disappointed walking into my venue realizing they did not make my vision come true. I was missing bridesmaid bouquets, groomsmen boutonnières that were all PAID for. Then to top it off I paid for a photo area floral arch and they DID NOT EVEN DO IT! They have you create a vision board and yet they do not even remotely mimic it at all. I wish I could go back and never use them. It truly ruined my dream wedding. I wish I had someone who told me before I chose them, that this would happen. To top it all off we tried calling her on the wedding day and after to come up with a solution and she completely ghosted us. Communication skills are awful and as a stressed bride thats the last thing you need. Please learn from my experience. Truly sad.

Ordered from Blum for years and have always been pleasantly surprised with their gorgeous creations.Blum recently did our daughters wedding and we would not have chosen anyone else to make the special day look beautiful. All of our guests have raved about the flowers and could not say enough lovely things.This small business goes above and beyond, pays attention to details and really makes the customer the priority. Beware!!! This company continues to delete negative comments or will respond by saying “we did not conduct business with the person” or “fake review” when I first hand experienced their negligence and unprofessionalism. Was over an hour late to delivering flowers to my sisters wedding, we had to take pictures without bouquets because they were so late. Naddine is a scam. If the reviews are fake… why are we able to call out your staff and owner BY NAME.

Scammer and dishonorable person. Did our wedding and lied about everything we agreed on. The day of the wedding completely unresponsive and refused to refund us the money. Provided incorrect colors, a pathetic amount of flowers compared to what was requested, completely disregarded requests that we paid for. Very disgusting business and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Even the owner of the wedding hall we went to said that she is dishonest and a scammer.
