I also use them for just a simple inside and outside cleaning and their work is the best I have found for the (very reasonable) price. When the person answering the phone says they are wonderful, I was sold. They had to keep my car a day longer as the rust issues were more extensive. They always called with an update so I knew what was going on. Everyone was very professional and courteous. My car looks like new (even though it is 14 years old).
