I was working with Greg very very helpful you know I'd let him know what I needed gave him my VIN number and a responded quickly exactly what I needed and also let me know that there was a locker location so if I didn't want if I needed it right away I could drive to him and pick it up and if they didn't have it in stock you know they didn't just say we don't have it sock right now he told me you know that he ordered them he's just waiting for them to come in and with it coming from overseas they never know very very highly recommend them for any of your Audi parts you need and they're a lot cheaper to me compared to the other places in the fact that all the other places that I looked at online are nowhere close to me at least this one is in Michigan in Ferndale if anybody needs to know that thank you again for all your help

I work for a body shop in Pennsylvania and we had to source a belt molding for a VW Jetta. I worked with Paul in the sales department, and he was great. Recevied the part undamaged and only took 2 days to receive from Michigan to PA

I've been buying from AEUS for years ,make sure you're buying the right part by providing the correct part number or simply give them a call and provide the correct VIN , I wish You guys open on Saturday's for some weekends projects

This would be a half way decent place to work if it were ran like an actual buisness by an actual manager with experience. The sales team is constantly messing up customers orders and dispatch or someone else is always to blame for others mistakes. Employees goofing off and horse playing with others upstairs on the second floor balcony with no concern of others safety. Anyone that addresses a problem to management is looked down upon and or fired, instead of holding the right people accountable for their actions and fixing the problems, they just terminate any good worker that walks through the door and sweep any problems or issues under the rug. Thats why this place has a rotating door with new employees all the time!

I ordered a brake caliper for a 2000 Z3 M series which is hard to find. They had what I needed at a great price and it was delivered two days after I ordered it, packed well and in perfect condition. Extremely happy with every aspect of my experience.

Complete crooks. I ordered a new headlight module. They sent a used one that was "neutralized." When told them it looks like its been tampered with and the logos are crossed off they had some excuse. When it didnt program it became my fault. I got a new one. Same part number from dealer it programed. Then they only refund 150 of the 250. Buyer beware.
