1. There's no autoclave to sterilize utensils in sight. They place them in a SHALLOW BOWL near the sink where you wash your hands and the brushes are brown at the bristles! The nail tech attempted to charge me ---$90 ---for a fill in with 1 repair and French design with manicure. After having to ask for reshaping twice. The manicure was my hands dipped in hot water and her pushing cuticles back then minimal clipping. No massage, no scrub, there was still chips and dry skin before she put the oil on my hands . I refused to pay for the poor manicuring. For $90 I could have a Russian manicure that would last 3 weeks. Plus she expressed attitude when we tried to select my base color and I wanted to see the Chrome selection they WOULDVE been an extra $15 so since that was too much of a hassle I then settled one more time. Won't be back. Even the pedicures here are over priced for them to NOT EVEN HAVE AN AUTOCLAVE TO STERILIZE THEIR UTENSILS

I went to get a pedicure and afterwards Jessica told me I could pay with Venmo. I couldn't get into my Venmo so I figured I can use my Chime app. Another nail technician rang me up and I showed him the name I was sending money to. HE CONFIRMED THE NAME TWICE BEFORE I SENT IT THEN JESS TOLD ME IT WAS WRONG! NOW I SENT MY MONEY TO SOMEONE I DONT KNOW AND CAN'T GET IT BACK!

I had gotten my nails somewhere else and I didn’t like them and I came to them and the fix the color and shaped them perfectly!! Definitely going back

Would give them a ZERO!!! Customer service has gone downhill. The lady who asked what we wanted looked around and said, It’s going to be a long while. Then walked away to work on a client. Unbelievable that she was that rude. Taking my money else where!
