I have been looking for a truck for a long time went online one more time and found this 2017 dark red silverado so i called on it this man answered michael prieur sales what a nice man i could be close friend of this guy my visit was so nice i was shocked i have been all over looking so we took the ride and i am glad i did now that 2017 red silverado is ares my wife and my self so if any be one is looking for and car or truck highly recommend michael prieur at vic canever chevrolet in fenton mich just ask me believe me i am hard to please so again thanks mike you made it happen

Horrible service.
I had my car in the body shop.
The repairs were sub par.
They didn't even look at the steering problem.
When I picked the car up, it was showing a low tire.
They said it was a bad sensor and they wanted to charge me for it.
I'll never deal with Vic Canever again.

Whatever you do don’t shop with them in Fenton!! Gave my grandma a car with a defective tire (that was certified by them) that blew up randomly in the middle of the night while parked. Car was less than 50 days old and won’t do anything about it! Terrible people there.

Told them not to put the oil change sticker in my windshield and they did it any way. That was my only complaint

Josh Ex in service was an excellent representative for your company. He was professional, communicated well, was friendly, and able to provide the service needed on my fleet vehicle. I am in outside sales and I meet a lot of people in sales and customer service. Josh is who you hope to meet when you have a problem that needs fixing because of his ability to communicate and get things done. Because of my trusted experience, Josh is our new go-to for anything related to our cars. I will definitely be back with my fleet and personal family vehicles. My truck has been sitting in the collision shop for over a month waiting on parts.
Which I get that !
But on the mechanical side it’s sitting in the parking lot collecting dust. They refuse to send it to the mechanical people for whatever… so if I need a part, it will sit again and wait instead of figuring out what’s exactly wrong with it on mechanical side.
Zero logic !!
