Best service and price for oil change and tire rotation around. Service is quick and priced right with only minimal recommendations needed to be done. They never try to sell me plans or upgraded services and I thank them for that. Always respectful and efficient with all additional services and always return my Equanix within the time frame allowed. Also, they have one of the best EV chargers and prices in Fenton for my Ford MME and yes there is a ford dealer right across the street but I prefer my VICs.

Won’t make the mistake of coming here again, $1400 they wanted for brakes and rotors all around. They were charging almost $100 over on every rotor vs what GM parts will sell the rotor to the general public for. Called another shop and used same part numbers and my quote came out at $670 lol. I understand the dealer is more expensive and I was willing to pay the premium just not double. Also had to pay them $150 to even get a quote. Oil change and quote for brakes cost me $250 today. Never again.

The person who put on my wipres left the plastic ends on the passengers side very difficult to get off since l'm only 4"11.

I have given this dealership many chances and I would have to say every time the still disappointed . I have been leasing Chevrolet and GMC vehicles for many years. I live in Linden so the nearest Chevrolet dealer is in Fenton. I shop local and use local maintenance.but will never use them the worst experiences i have ever had at a car dealership. And my friends and family also will not.

Called to make a morning appointment. Appointment was put in my husbands name because that is what was on caller ID. This caused confusion at check in when the employee kept calling me by his name. I asked for the information to be changed to my name and phone, said it would be updated. I went to the lounge to study and a handful of employees continued to gather and chit chat with another employee that was sitting in the lounge area. My keys were then given to another customer because the attendant went to her and she said yes I am and she went to the counter and paid. After five minutes I see the attendant that checked me in come in and start yelling for Eric . I said I am Mrs and they asked if the keys were mine. At the desk I again asked why MY name wasn’t changed after being asked to change it and to maybe avoid this sort of confusion. I was told because until it was paid for it wasn’t going to be changed. It wasn’t until I said I’d return to Grand Blanc GMC for service that the woman said she’d do it right away. No thank you. Grand Blanc GMC has better, quality service and the attendants there actually come directly to the customer with keys, explain everything and then ask for payment.Service: Auto maintenance

Scheduled an oil change for first thing in the a.m. Got there as they were opening the doors. Very professional . Very friendly. Was in and out so fast I didnt have a chance to get a cup of coffee!

Made an appointment over a week ahead of time and they gave me an early 9am slot so they could get it in quick, so they said.After dropping my car off I got a call to discuss the issues with it. I was informed they don’t know when my vehicle will get in as theirs a line.Mid afternoon vehicle still wasn’t being checked out and I was told it may not be today. When do I need it back. I told them today that’s why I made an appointment. I told them forget it I’m coming to get the vehicle.I got nothing but empty excuses and they acted like this is no big deal happens all the time. They offered to put me in line and we’ll call you when we’re ready. HELLO that why I made and appointment, not to stop what I’m doing a run my vehicle to you whenever u feel like working on it. I did tell them to put me online but no promises they get the work as I can’t just drop everything and come drop my vehicle off. I have not heard one word from them, must be a huge waiting list.I’ve never had a dealer before this make an appoint and not work on my car or get it back to me when they said they would unless an unforeseen issue with my vehicle was found.I had to take the day off work and now will need to do it again, thanks for not caring and costing me money.So much for service after the sale
