I have given this dealership many chances and I would have to say every time the still disappointed . I have been leasing Chevrolet and GMC vehicles for many years. I live in Linden so the nearest Chevrolet dealer is in Fenton. I shop local and use local maintenance.but will never use them the worst experiences i have ever had at a car dealership. And my friends and family also will not.

Always friendly, always helpful. They go the extra mile and never make you feel pressured, or like you are a bother. I've bought 2 new Blazers and a new Silverado from them in the last 2 years and will be going back for my Tahoe in a few months. A+ team!!

Plan on being stranded without your car for 2+ weeks if you have service other than an oil change. Apparently, they only have 1 mechanic who works on diagnosing check engine light warnings. Other than Patrick (who no longer works there?) the service dept(and cashier) are rude and could care less about providing quality customer service(poor management). I have bought 2 new cars at this dealership(never again). Contacted the dealership with my concerns back in the spring and hit the "lets talk" option. No one ever contacted me. Zero stars.

This service department is the ABSOLUTE worst..... you can NEVER get in in a reasonable amount of time even for critical issues. It's 2 weeks out for everything..... I bought my vehicle here and bought multiple warranties so try to use them but it's impossible. Tire issue 2 weeks. Went in today for SERVICE, the adviser says it was an oil change appointment.... NOPE..... well you could leave it for 2 weeks..... are you INSANE.......... it takes 2 minutes to at least plug it in and find out what the problem code is NOPE............ just 2 WEEKS........I will NEVER be back here for service.......... they are AWFUL........... However sales specifically Scott Tell is absolutely amazing, I purchased 2 cars last year from him and both transactions were problem free, and so easy. If I was just rating sales or him it would be 5 stars. But sales is THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY.

I have been a resident of the Fenton, Mi area for 23 years. As a loyal Chevrolet driver, convenience is key when it comes to scheduling a service. You'd normally think "oh, I'll go to the local car dealership so I don't have to drive far away." So what do you do? Schedule an appointment at the local dealership. You get the confirmation, go to the dealership, and they tell me EVERY TIME "You're not scheduled in our system. The earliest we can take you is in 2 weeks." I cannot tell you how many times this has happened to me at this location. I've complained to them multiple times. So, I'm finally writing a Yelp review. I will never go to Vic canever for anything regarding my vehicle again. This is the reason why Lafontaine is the powerhouse of Fenton when it comes to buying Chevrolets. Why? Because they will never screw you over, like Vic Canever. I would 100% give them a 0 star review, but Yelp doesn't do that. Of course, they will try to reach out to me and try to make things right. Well guess what, you've tried multiple times and failed. Never going to get my business again.

Since I bought a certified vehicle back in july...the oil change, tire rotation was free. Waiting room socially distant. Hand sanitizer everywhere, ppl all wore masks.
