Do not use Verizon com to order anything I just recently got screwed big time and am still waiting for my 809 dollars to hit my account because Verizon doesn't know how to run a site.... absolutely a joke.

There are private owned stores and corporate owned stores. The Fenton store is privately owned which is why they are unable to provide anything other than basic bare minimum customer service. If you're looking for real support for your devices, adding a line, transferring numbers, etc, I highly recommend going to the Brighton location instead. I've been to this location exactly 5 times and each time found they've been unhelpful, difficult, or full of excuses. I went to the Brighton store each time after and all of my problems were solved immediately with no issues.

Apparently there are corporate verizon stores and non corporate verizon stores. Even though there is no indication anywhere that the store is corporate or not. I was double charged for "setup charge" charged for two lines even though I was just transferring over to an open number. It took what seemed to be ours between several calls to come to a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

These employees were great I forgot their names but they helped me and my step dad get a phone and helped even when their computer wasn’t working. There was also a guy who walked in being rude but they held their emotions and helped him set up a phone. Very good service.

Josh was literally the best! I came in because my phone screen just stopped working over the weekend and I needed to get a new phone, he made the process so quick and easy for me (while also listening to every detail about how much of a mess I am today) and perfectly explained everything. He also helped my find a clear case so I could keep the picture I have in there, and gave me info on some other accessories I will for sure be back for. Everyone was so kind- I am so happy with my experience and my new phone!

I love the service at this location! Dorien, David and Clay have all waited on me at different times and have gone out of their way to resolve issues that weren’t their fault, but those of Verizon corporate. The way they went above and beyond was truly impressive for this day in age of no customer service. Highly recommend!

One star for trying to get on a family plan to save a few dollars and then finding out Verizon service is not as good as T Mobile. Full signal on the north end of Lake Fenton with T Mobile, one bar with Verizon and goes in and out of 5G. Signal all along I69 when driving is poor compared to T Mobile. Calls dropped and sometimes not getting texts for a day with Verizon. Overall T Mobile is better quality and I have regret switching.

Just completely condescending attitude. My phone is running slow so I wanted to look into better options but they refused to help me because my name on my license has III (the third) and my account doesn't. Im the only persn on my account mind you. Lazy pieces of garbage imo. I was totally going to buy a new phone until visiting this store. Just really stupid sales people. Jesse was the Weasle that turned me away.

We worked with Jesse today and he was super helpful! He gave us plenty of options and help as we navigated getting a new phone for my teenage brother. Really enjoyed working with him. Very fast and easy process! Ask for Jesse!!!!!

Don’t go to this store for billing questions after you’ve been shut off for a home rep coming and sending the internet to the wrong house. They will just send you over to their phone near the back. And have you call customer service. No help from this store at all even though it was a rep from the home rep team that screwed up my account.

I wish I remembered the name of the girl who helped me swap my phones out the other day. I want to say Kenesha ? But she was absolutely wonderful and had me in and out of there within 20-30 mins WITH the phone that I wanted. Clay (hope I spelled his name right) also helped us out a few times and was very welcoming & friendly!

Arrive at 4:50om, told I'm next, but there's a wait. Lady walks in after me, gets immediately waited on, maybe she had an appointment.3 employees there's, one leaves while 4 people are waiting in the lobby. Guy with braids goes, "wow it's must be 5 o'clock".I started work at 5am today, left work early to get there by 5 and its nothing but attitude??I will not come back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the independent Verizon on Leroy.

Don't waste your time going here, they will only tell you to call a number and send you away. They do not follow verizon corporate instructions or protocols even if you have written instructions from Verizon itself.Response to the owner:This was the 4th or 5th negative experience in this store. Every time the give you a phone number and send you away. This was "another" chanc5to make it right. There will not be any more attempts. BUYER BEWARE!
