We've been experiencing major technical network issues for the last 4 days. We tried to call Verizon before heading to the store. Once again, 3 new people I'd never seen before. They go through workers like I change my clothes. None of them had a clue what to do & told me to keep an eye on our box.
Update: A traffic accident near Bishop Airport caused the issue many of us experienced. Why most of the Verizon staff didn't know is a bit concerning (stores & customer service), but I appreciate the call from the Flint regional manager who let us know what happened. ?

Reps don't care about you and they lied to me about the price of my plan, very disappointed. I'll stick to the store on N Leroy.

I went in on a whim looking for information about switching over to Verizon, and Terri was an absolute sweetheart! I hope to be seeing her again and thanking her for how kind she was with me. She guided me from start to finish with upgrading my iPhone and switching services, and she even listened to me ramble on and on throughout the whole process. I’ve always thought of phone stores as upsellers but I truly feel like Terri was genuinely looking out for me and my own needs.

Do not use Verizon com to order anything I just recently got screwed big time and am still waiting for my 809 dollars to hit my account because Verizon doesn't know how to run a site.... absolutely a joke.

There are private owned stores and corporate owned stores. The Fenton store is privately owned which is why they are unable to provide anything other than basic bare minimum customer service. If you're looking for real support for your devices, adding a line, transferring numbers, etc, I highly recommend going to the Brighton location instead. I've been to this location exactly 5 times and each time found they've been unhelpful, difficult, or full of excuses. I went to the Brighton store each time after and all of my problems were solved immediately with no issues.

Apparently there are corporate verizon stores and non corporate verizon stores. Even though there is no indication anywhere that the store is corporate or not. I was double charged for "setup charge" charged for two lines even though I was just transferring over to an open number. It took what seemed to be ours between several calls to come to a satisfactory resolution to the problem.

These employees were great I forgot their names but they helped me and my step dad get a phone and helped even when their computer wasn’t working. There was also a guy who walked in being rude but they held their emotions and helped him set up a phone. Very good service.

I was going to leave a long review as to why I would never shop at this Verizon store again, but it appears that the rest of the customers that have been to this location have also had a poor experience. I would recommend avoiding this location at all cost.
