Constantly bending things to fit in too small box even though state do not bend. Have complained in person multiple times.

Not too sure what is happening with my package. It was submitted for shipment on March 19th and has not been sent from this office. I live in Ohio-not that far away. I am glad this was not something I needed right away. I can't seem to get updates that explain the delay.
