The State Bank- this is an AWFUL way to handle customers and “upgrade” your system… I am SOOO FRUSTRATED!! First- I couldn’t view my accounts all weekend without warning and couldn’t reach a State Bank soul. Since this morning I’ve been told 3 different stories by 3 different people. The last phone rep I spoke with said I had to come sign a document in a branch in order to view my accounts online again. I battled the icy roads to get here and there’s nothing I need to sign?! And! I still have to wait for an email to show up so I can view my business account at all… like WHAT?!?! Who does things like this? Your ATMs typically don’t work and in 20 years as a customer all of my loans have been run through other banks !

I have 2 of my mortgages with them and they don’t do Bank to bank transfers to pay the mortgage payment. They need to get updated so I can use bill pay from another bank.

this update was supposed to be done days ago and i can’t get into my account. to avoid frustration, don’t change everybody’s bank account passwords for no reason. seems like common sense to me. i was stuck at a gas station on monday morning with no gas in freezing weather and my bank card wouldn’t work!! (after the banking was supposed to be back up) super upsetting and inconvenient

It's one thing when a restaurant closes early because they are slow. Usually it's younger people with no business sense or much responsibility, just trying to squeeze out early. Despite the fact that there are people that depend on them to maintain their posted hours. People wanting to pick up dinner on their way home, etc.. But when a bank closes early, that's a whole new level of shoddy. Posted hours, literally on a sign in the counter. A clock on the wall that shows that they should still be open, and are they? No. It was 6:45 on a Friday. Friday hours,....who cares-7pm. Or whenever, apparently.

Website says they open at 7am. This is only the electronic machine, no actual humans. Wasted my time.
