I am not the kind of person to leave a negative review, in fact I have never done so before in my life. I own a business myself and I know how these reviews can hurt a business. Really, I just want this to be read by the owner, and if the owner responds I will take this down.I came in during the morning when it looked like the only people in the store were those who worked there or were friends with the staff. I came in on a recommendation from my mom. I have been wanting to learn how to bow hunt since my father died and we never got to do it together, so my mom found this store for me. I looked online and the store manager, Derek, is who my mom talked to and she said he was wonderful with her. Well, he was not wonderful with me. I told him that I am new to bow hunting and was hoping to talk to him about what kind of bow I should use, how much weight I needed, etc. Well, I told him I was thinking about a certain kind of bow, he just showed it to me and said "As a woman it might be too big for you." That was the most "customer service" I got from him. He said he could order me a right handed bow since he only had left handed in stock. That was it, and I left. Now, I really try not to play the "woman" card on these kinds of things. I understand women need different bows just like they need different golf clubs. I get it. But the way that I was treated and the way he spoke to me made me feel like I shouldn't have even walked into the store being a female. So I drove the 30 minutes back home (when I could have just gone to a store around the corner from my house, but I heard this place was the best) thinking about if I handled that situation wrong, if I should have further explained I actually wanted some help instead of just a bow ordered. Which is silly, because I clearly told him I'm new and wanted some advice. I just want the owner of the store to know how his manager is treating new guests. I ended up buying a bow from somewhere else, and you lost a sale because of poor customer service and rudeness. Again, I will take this post down as soon as I get a response that the owner reviewed this. Thank you.

I took my daughter, age 10, in to have her new bow set up. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped us. He was patient and made my nervous daughter very comfortable and for that I am very grateful. Great service and I will be back again.

Great knowledgeable staff everyone of them. They definitely take pride in archery all of them. If you're going to be that customer that waits until two weeks until bow season starts good luck because they will be slammed. I have been to alot of other bow shops and this is where I will dive to for any bow work. Thanks for keeping my arrows flying straight.

When they're several times to purchase a bow, no one ever said. Hello, when I walk in? I wanna ask about a certain brand it's like they only wanted to sell one brand.

!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!$399 and some change over 2 weeks. Just to get my compound bow back and my x bow back for them both to need work. All I wanted was my string changed on both bows. Not only was ignored for minutes waiting for someone to help me like other reviews have said. But they are so unknowledable my compound sights are maxed out and I can't even hit a target at ten yards. They did not tune my bow what so ever!!! As for my cross bow I have noticed my cable now rub my bump stops and makes a big nasty noise when shooting it. I now have a to pay someone else to fix my equipment and drive over an hour.!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!! Don't think I'll be giving them a second chance first and last time customer.

Five stars alone on customer service. Haven’t shot in years and bought used bow and I needed a lot. My buddy wanted his first bow as well. Chase absolutely knocked it out of the park for both of us. Spent hours helping and answering our questions with a pool of knowledge. He guided us through everything step by step. My buddy and I walked in a bit nervous and walked out smiling ear to ear. Seriously, the best customer service I’ve ever had. Everyone in that shop was great and extremely knowledgeable.

Will never come back to this place again. Dropped off one bolt for reflecting. Took three weeks to get it back. Every time I called they could not locate it. Very rude and disrespectful. Would not buy one thing from this place. Unfortunately have to go in and pick it up in person. After that will never be back. It's a click in this place.

The store itself is nice… they might even have what you need… that is if you can actually get someone to greet you or treat you like you aren’t doing them a disservice by shopping there. Now this isn’t from one serving sample. I’ve been in a handful of times and it’s rinse, wash, repeat. There’s no “ Hey! Welcome in!” Or “what can I do for you?” .. just a smug vibe and cold shoulder. Oh…. They see you’re in there… but mehh. I’m all about supporting local business but I’ll sell my gear before I shop here again.

Not even going to get into my bow issues here, can't prove it was them or Browns, regardless, I still try and spend money here, (closest bow shop to me unfortunately) three times in the past month, I've tried to go up there or call to see if they have this or that in stock, and they've been closed! Probably lost out on over 1000$ in merchandise by being closed. I am very very very busy and weekends are when I can spend my money and do what I need to do that week. So odd closed on Sunday and Saturdays they are closed early afternoon at 3 I believe.
