I came into the Fenton T-Mobile location on Black Friday and worked with Blake, who provided quick and exceptional service. Blake was very knowledgeable and helped upgrade my phones and plan that met my needs exactly. I would highly recommend working with Blake to anyone coming into the store.

First time in the Fenton T-Mobile store today. Had a complicated issue transferring a SIM card and phone data to a new-to-us phone. Worked with Angela who was super knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Customer service the way it’s supposed to be!

I'm totally shocked that you charge a $5.00 fee to pay my bill in your store! Why do I have to pay 5 bucks to pay my bill? This is totally messed up. Trying to force people to use there credit card and pay by phone is not right at all. It is bad enough we pay a outrageous amount every month with your service and half the time we don't get service! I'm pissed that your company does this!

NO GOOD!!!!! I JUST WENT INTO THE STORE TO PAY MY BILL IN PERSON AND WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 .I ASKED IF PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD WOULD AVOID THE $5.00 ADD ON CHARGE FOR HANDING HER THE PAYMENT, AND SHE SAID NO,IT WILL ADD ON AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 FEE.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR GO ELSEWHERE.DO NOT USE T-MOBIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service. To bad the network is garbage. I have full service everywhere I go but have to restart my phone if I want to receive my text messages or missed calls. T mobile is trash and I wish I stuck with my previous carrier.

I went into the store to get a sim card for a camera. Deonte helped me through all of the details and helped set me up so I would not have issues later on. Everyone working at the store that day was friendly and professional. Great experience. Thank you!
