we changed phone plans from AT&T to spectrum, very happy to find and use this office,.. found all employees' very knowledgeable , Robert in office couldn't be more helpful and made this change very painless. wished we had made the change sooner because of the savings on our phone bill.

DO NOT USE SPECTRUM!!! They do not care to help you resolve any issues. We called to cancel our service before the next billing date, they hung up on my husband. When he finally got it disconnected they billed us for the new month even though we didn’t live at that address anymore, didn’t use the service, and we called prior to the new billing date to cancel. We have called multiple times to get the new charges off our account only to be met with rudeness, told they would review our call multiple times and nothing has been resolved. We’ve talked to Ryan a few times and he’s done nothing but lie, be rude and do absolutely nothing to help us. Charter spectrum is terrible and I would rather go without internet than to deal with this terrible company again. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Good, friendly service but the wait (even in the middle of the day) is ridiculous. Save yourself a few minutes and get online early on their website.

Why is it spectrum cuts off most of trump speaking after the Verdict by by Scrambling in the middle but when Braggs speaks there's no Interruption and this is not the first time spectrum is Is suppressing your vote people better wake up My wife came from a third world country this is what they do can't believe spectrum is part of this Is the real dictators are coming after you all of us unbelievable.

Don’t Wi-Fi from here. They up your Wi-Fi $2 every couple months. Always outages and customer service is terrible

So to make a long story short, Robert at this location was great and fixed me and my wife’s phone with our mobile disaster of activation from a rep on the phone that literally had no idea what she was doing and we had to drive 45 minutes to come to Fenton and I’m glad Robert took care of us as he knew exactly what to do and got us out of the door in 15 minutes. Thank you so much!

Good customer service. I wish the had more people working as we had to wait 15 minutes even though there was no one waiting ahead of us. They were able to help my wife get her phone, transfer all of her items to the new one and get everything buttoned up.

I attempted to reduce my cable service to a more reasonable price. Because the idea of paying $180 a month for service that used to be $40 a month is obscene.I spent more than two hours on the phone talking to three different people at spectrum and we finally came to an agreement of a plan at $44.97 a month. That included just Internet service, home, phone service, and spectrum TV app.As part of that deal. I have to turn in my cable boxes and remotes, and when I attempted to do that at the Fenton Michigan store. I was told very rudely by multiple representatives, including Ronnie, The so-called manager that none of the changes I made this morning, on the phone were in place. And it felt as if I had to redo everything I had already done this morning with.him, lol! It's is extremely frustrating It is completely obvious to me, that companies like spectrum simply make things as confusing as possible, so even their representatives don't understand package plans, and discounts. It actually feels abusive as a consumer to be treated like this.!! Ronnie and his cohorts in the store were laughing at me and mocking me as well as lying to me about my cable service! Spectrum should be embarrassed for the way they treat their customers. It's completely obvious and intentional. Spectrum is Making it as confusing as possible, intentionally. With ann end goal. of billing for extra unwanted service. That should be very simple. All in the name of extra profits and commission!
