“I was feeing sad due to the treatment I received at the UPS Store in Hartland (on M-59). So I drove to Fenton so I could send out my packages. I called first and spoke to Hannah who, very kindly, assured me they were open until 7pm. I was made to feel welcome and was treated with respect and another woman helped me tape up the boxes (I have a broken arm) without me even having to ask for help-!! Great experience-!!
