Probably the biggest mistake using this company. I initially set up an appointment Safelite. I thought I would do a local company and support small businesses in my area, so I decided to cancel with Safelite and go with SOAG. I was getting 2 windshields replaced, one cash, one insurance. I got a quote right away and saw they "paid your deductible" on their website so it was a no-brainer. First off, they don't pay your deductible unless its cheap. But their website does NOT state this. I figured ok no biggie though. The day I was making the appointment, I was told I would get a call back with how much the manager was willing to work with me on the deductible. 4 days later I had to call them, as I heard nothing back. They answered as if we were inconveniencing them by calling. All the sudden, there was an issue with what windshield I could use, etc. They needed to contact the car manufacturer and the insurance company. 1 week later, I call them and get an attitude about how they have no info to give me. But I felt they should've kept me updated on the situation. I almost went elsewhere-and should've. But I waited it out (that is IF I ever get finished). Finally, I got the ball rolling with the insurance company and then they had to order the windshields. Get them put in at the 3 week mark and they look ok. I get a call from someone saying they need to come out to calibrate the vehicles. I was never told of this but ok. Set the date and the day comes and no one shows. No phone call or anything. I had to call the next day to find out what happened and was met with excuses and it apparently was no big deal. I was given an attitude about it, like it shouldn't even be an issue. ZERO apologies from anyone. The only reason someone finally called to reschedule is because I called to see what happened. Several rude employees and apparently they don't need the business because we were met with attitude at every turn. I am at the 30 day mark on a simple windshield replacement and still am not finished. I am mad at myself for deciding on this place. One positive was the installers were nice and friendly. Wish the rest of the experience was similar.

Excellent company to deal with! Best price, workers were very nice and they were fast! They beat everyone’s price and came to the house to do it! I definitely would recommend this company! And, when you call, they answer the phone. ?Service: Auto windshield replacement

Rodney and his partner showed up to my house and were very professional and very polite men. They had my rear window out,cleaned up, and installed in under an hour. New glass looks great on my challenger. Thanks again guys and I'll Def use these guys again if I need to in the near future. Price was more than 50% lower than satellite and others in my area.Service: Auto rear window replacement

they were very prompt and professional and polite. Very friendly. They were able to repair the stone chip without replacing the entire windshield. Very impressive. I would recommend them to anyone.

I knew Id have trouble getting my windshield replaced when I called other shops around me and no one would take on the car. Calling Sav On i found out that the reason no one else would was because the windshield was scarce and there arent aftermarkets they can use yet for it. Chris at sav on took on the challenge of getting my windshield from across the country. It was a long 2.5 months but Chris called frequently to keep me updated on its status. I really appreciated this. My windshield was delivered one day and they came out and installed it the next day in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Sav On to anyone, especially for a difficult car lol.PS. For cars that require the EOM part the wait will be a while given the delays from the manufacturers. First off, the address they have listed is a Marathon gas station, which is probably why they insisted on coming to my residence. Long story short, I was lied to about the aftermarket parts being compatible with my Toyota RAV4. I was told that because I went to the dealership to have my windshield calibrated, and they replaced the incompatible part, they will not reimburse me for the part that had to be replaced nor were they even willing to try to find a solution to satisfy their customer, whom was lied to. I will update this post after the judgement from small claims court, whether the judgement is against me or for me.

Been waiting over 5 weeks for them to come back and replace the drivers side window in my truck. The service man that put it in was very nice but accidentally broke the clip the holds the window in place. Came back a week later and broke the clips again and have been waiting ever since. I called 3 times and they keep saying that they're still waiting for the window. I paid $260 and still haven't even got a sorry ,my money back or a window that I can roll down at any drive thru restaurants, to get my mail etc. Makes me wonder how much longer that I have to wait.

Called yesterday for a quote and they were so much cheaper than the competitor and insurance claim that I scheduled for today. Came right to me nice professional guys and were in and out on a full windshield replacement. Will definitely use these guys again if ever needed too!
