Went Rite-Aid today for a few items, including cold beer. Turns out the coolers are broken and all beverages are WARM. Would be nice to be warned with a sign. Cashier said signs are not allowed. Dumbest thing I ever heard. Why?

Filled script from Fenton rd store last minute which was plus but made us wait a long time for it after driving long ways for it. Should have started getting it ready knowing we were coming and were on a schedule after Fenton rd let us down and I was now late to appt.

No one ever seems to answer the phone, the answering service never comes on. Hard to refill prescriptions if they don’t answer. Had to take a pill bottle into the store bc I couldn’t get ahold of them for 3 days

Highly recommend. The staff were very nice and efficient. Very pleasant to talk to, helped us get the cheapest price. They helped me with transferring and rebilling.
