I came in for CT. Receptionist at front desk looked somewhat unsure of what she was doing. Handed me a pad 3 times to sign with out explaining. I understand you have a new system and since this just happened where I work, I kind of understand but feel someone should have been there to help her.The lady who called me back was great along with one who put IV in. They were very kind, polite and made me feel comfortable. My appointment went very smooth and I was at work quickly.

I went in for an ultrasound and the front desk greeted me promptly and checked me in. They gave clear instructions on what to do to prepare as well! The ultrasound tech was also very kind, explained the procedure well, and chatted with me throughout the experience. The procedure was quick and efficient and all of my questions were answered!

Great experience… no issues whatsoever. Appt time was met on time .. ultra sound was pleasant & uneventful.

Wait time was reasonable. CT tech was very personable. She helped me sit up and made sure that I had my cane.

I did not receive all of my results. I am missing my left foot, ankle, and ankle and elbow results which are vital for my doctor because of my Veterans Affair claim.

Horrible experience! First of all the lady at the front desk was trying to charge me $400 for my scans. I knew it was wrong but she said i had to pay or cancel my appointment . So i canceled and called my insurance. My insurance told me that i only had to pay 21 for the first scan and 33 for the other! Wow! So why was this girl trying to charge me so much??Then on top of it I have been waiting here since 11:45 my appointment at 12:30. I came back in at 12:25 they put my appoinmemt back in the computer before 12:30 and now Im waiting ! Tell me why anyone else could be back therewhen my appointment hadnt even started yet? This is crazy! They definately do NOT know what they are doing here! Beware!
