Helped my mom buy a used car at Randy Wise in Fenton and it was the single worst experience for me and it wasn’t even gonna be my purchase. In a nutshell, the sales person got the sale and couldn’t even manage to wash and clean the car upon delivery because “they aren’t gonna make any money off it as it is”. Never mind the fact that it didn’t even have enough gas to get it home. Ridiculous!
The people here need to research CarMax. They could learn a few things.
