Not one got back with me. Luckily, I was given Kerri's number. We had a great first conversation over the phone. She answered all my questions, and calmed all my fears. She was so easy to talk to and her knowledge and passion was evident. She got my pup done quickly and thoroughly. My babe feels so much better and I couldn't be happier. It's been a long time since my pup has been groomed, I was worried how she would react. Kerri explained different things she tries to calm anxious dogs, and I felt completely comfortable leaving pup with her. She will be our groomer for as long as she will have us, we're beyond grateful!

The Peaceful Pet Salon
2169 Wiggins Rd, FentonI am not sure of the exact groomer who groomed my cat Juanita but I appreciate them so much. My usual place we go isn’t taking new appts due to being short staffed so I was forced to try a new place as my cat desperately needed her semi yearly lion cut and peaceful pet salon did an amazing job. No complaints at all. And I am truly shocked and how quickly it was done. Usually places take 4+ hours for cats because they give them breaks which is good. But my cat tends to act up the last hour or so probably because he’s been away from home for hours and just wants to go home. At peaceful pet salon she was done in 30-45 minutes and was purring when I picked her up so I know she wasn’t overly stressed or anything. Whomever her groomer was here, did a great job. Thanks again!

Caring, loving and explain everything before I get the bill and then letting me ask whatever questions if I have any. Actually spend time with us. So this is the 2nd review and I and my furnaces are still smiling. Fantastic with all my furbabies, Dr Sandy Smith is fantastic. Staff is the best. So many great things I could say but I would be writing for hours. She is great with my lab and my Applehead pup. Ashlyn is perfect too.
