Don’t ever buy a vehicle here
I was lied to about a dump truck purchase
No e brakes
Was told it only needed 2 cables plus labor
Lies
Truck was not usable for 3 months
Was told by Carrie she would cover the repairs
After retweet completed she backed out and stuck me with the bill
I honest liars. Period
Nate the salesman lied about it only needing 2 e brake cables

I didn’t buy from them, but I did look at a few vans. Really down to earth and honest seeming folks. Low pressure, just look at vans at your own pace and ask them to drive whatever you like.

I have been looking for a used Transit van and reached out to OnLine Auto over a vehicle on their website. Jim has seemed like he is on the up and up but the reviews are terrible. I have NO faith in this company and will not be buying from them.

Good place to do business with good selection of vehicles if you don't see what you want they will get it for you, you can pick up your vehicle or they deliver it to you very nice caring people they bend over backwards for their customers

Does not return calls or website contact forms. Attempted to buy 4 transit vans and no one would call me back or email me. They could be out of business but I don’t know.

This company is terrible to their employees and I would not trust any of the cars that come off their lot. They rush cars through with their mechanics and will bandaid problems just enough to make the sale.
Save your time and money, take your business some place else.
