I am a patient of 2 years and I called today with an urgent problem and was told the first available was in a month and 3 days. Are the family doctors here only for well visits? I can’t wait for over a month if I’m not well and need medical help soon. I hate to switch but that does not work for me. I’d rather see my doctor than go to Urgent Care every time.

I was in a motorcycle accident and my "Dr." Wouldn't see me for over a month. Unreal. I now have to go back to work risking further injuries. Currently looking for a new physician.

I've been a longtime patient of Dr. Schwarz and have always received excellent care from everyone on the team. Today, in particular, the front office staff really went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. I am deeply grateful to have this office taking care of my medical needs. Thank you!

Horrible service. Takes months to make an appointment. Then doctor would just randomly take off so then the long waited appointment would have to be rescheduled again. They don’t notify till the day or the day before so you end up wasting so much time and effort. Total joke place.

I don’t really write reviews often, but the ladies at the front desk deserve a five star for their patience and ability to care for the people who walk into their medical center. They’ve been nothing but helpful when I was having issues getting my medication and I couldn’t be more grateful. Keep up the amazing work ladies and I definitely appreciate you guys!

Thanks for the professionalism that was administered from signing in to the diagnosis of symptoms. The Nurse’s and ER Doctor was great. I was given prescriptions and nearly 5 hours later I feel much better. I rarely follow the Dr.’s orders but this time I will for sure follow the directives.

I went to the doctor today and I've been trying to be seen by one like this for weeks. Gramith was mine 1.5 years ago and my ob can't help. I had some hope in me this morning. I drove over an hour and entered my insurance on their site when I made the appointment.I have two insurances and was prepared to pay for cash and they refused the service because of one of my insurances.I really needed to see my doctor. Idk what to do. No one else can make an appointment for weeks out.

Probably the worst medical office experience ever. This place has gone down the tubes over the years. Long wait times, extremely brief appointments, doctors interested in insurance and the almighty dollar first. I'm not here to help you pay off your student loans or buy a boat or a Mercedes. They treat patients like they're seeing $$$. One doctor my family has seen is a joke. I question the medical education of this doctor. I'm not kidding. This doctor prescribed inappropriate medication, did not listen, failed to understand basics and had a very off putting personality. To say I was rubbed the wrong way is an understatement of the most extreme. The office employees seem rather lazy and even apathetic toward patients. The physicians are worse. I get better medical advice from the pharmacist. It feels very unprofessional. All they seem to care about is money and running patients through. They have turned this into a sort of er in the Fenton area. It's no longer a doctors office. Go to Genesys ER which is not too far in distance. I'd rather google medical advice than seek medical advice here. Heck, we have multiple physicians in the family and none of them have anything nice to say about this office. I trust their judgment!

I went to this emergency because I was having severe pain in my abdomen. They did ultrasound and found that I had gallstones then told me they didn't think that was my issue. Well guess what... it was the issue and last week I had to go into a real hospital er to have emergency surgery. I will never go here again. The doctor I seen there was not very personable and acted like I was faking my pain to get drugs.I went here because it was close. Save yourself the time, money and possibly your life and go to a REAL ER.

I would not take my pet rock to this place! The nurses were sitting right outside of my room talking bad about other patients and making fun of them, which was very unsettling. I was also in an extreme amount of pain and was treated very rudely by a heavier red headed women at the front desk. When I finally got admitted into a room no one ever came to check on me, or see if I needed anything. I was not even offered a blanket. When the dr finally came in and seen me he was not friendly and was rushing me when I had questions. I will never go back here ever again.

Horrible... better off going to urgent care or utilizing dr on demand app. The office staff is rude, slow to answer the phones, not knowledgeable and needs better training. They have zero phone etiquette. In person, they're bumbling and mostly confused, giving out. Inflicting information to patients. Have they been trained? I question it. The girl on the phone left me on hold 15 minutes. She was not apologetic and was pretty condescending. The one who I made the last appointment with was abrasive, but more importantly, gave me incorrect information. The doctors are rude, short with patients and talk over them. I've seen two male physicians here and both seem to be very condescending and don't listen. They ought to take their God complex elsewhere. They have zero skill in speaking with patients and understanding their needs. I'm not interested in dealing with the alpha male doctor with a god complex. I'll be looking for a new medical practice. I felt rushed out and undervalued. I'm the patient and it's what I say that actually matters. Both physicians I've seen and the vast majority of the office staffers and nurses are more in love with the sound of their own voices than patient care or understanding what the patients need. They should learn to fall out of love with it and fast and open their ears. This practice is only interested in your money and processing your insurance and co pay. I was better off going to any random urgent care in case of medical emergency or illness.
