Have not felt welcomed in the store lately. All the employees make me feel like their last priority. Not a very big dog food selection either, always out of everything. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to use their dog wash. I was hugely disappointed. The water doesn't drain well at all. You end up standing in a puddle. The blow dryer did not seem safe to use when you have to plug it in while standing in a puddle of water. It was not a good set up and we won't be back. I'll happily pay more to not get electrocuted.

Your employee Sophie went above and beyond! She was so kind and attentive! She was so patient with my daughters and let them visit with all the animals they were interested in. It’s rare to find someone with such genuine kindness!

We do love shopping local but have noticed this Magoos doesn't carry as much as the other stores we have been in. They also do not have too many discounted items as the other stores. Wishing they would carry more sizes and brands of cat and dog food. Staff is always super nice and helpful though. That's what brings us back.

Went in here and the parakeets were starving on the bottom. I could tell they weren't sick, there just was no seeds in the food dishes, only seed hulls. The water dish wasn't clean either. I think this isn't employees fault, it's the people who train them. Employee didn't even seem to understand what I mean when I said seed hulls. Budgies eat the inside of the seeds, and leave behind a hull, so it looks like there is food in there but there isn't. Please take better care of your birds
