Lasco Ford came out to my house to perform a recall service on my Mustang. They were very efficient, nice and thorough. I am very happy with the quality of service from them. I would recommend anyone to have them come out.

Getting service at this dealership that is more than 20 miles away from my house is worth it. We've taken 2 vehicles for regular maintenance a broken shock. The dealership less than 5 miles from me is HORRIBLE. Our service advisor Dave Deckard is amazing!

Lasco Ford had a specific used truck we were searching for. We were told it was available. We have multiple vehicles we could trade and are out of state. I spent a couple hours gathering documents on the commercial trade vehicle. Then I received a text that the truck we were trying to purchase has sold. I thought we were working on a deal…. It’s hard to find a good dealership/sales team that doesn’t take the easiest sale. Glad we won’t be doing business with a company like this! See my notification attached. Notice have bad credit, low income or anything that would stop me from making a purchase. Shop elsewhere!

I am first time Lasco Ford customer. I have always driven Ford vehicles, however I always purchased them at a different dealership. I wanted to trade in my Ford Escape 2018, fully paid for for a newer version with low mileage. I went to several dealerships, but couldn't find what I wanted. I came across 2022 version of Ford Escape with low millege at Lasco Ford in Fenton. I was impressed how quickly I got call back and a video featuring the vehicle I was interested in after online inquiry. I drove all the way to Lasco Ford from Rochester Hills. I must say I was impressed with the wonderful customer service. My sales person Dakota Page was amazing. He was easy to work with and super great to communicate with throughout the whole purchase process. I got fair deal on my trade, and great deal on my new car. Ben Willey worked on financing deal. He managed to get me few upgrades for extended warranty on my new car. I am greaful for Dakota's and Ben's efforts to ensure I got the best deal possible. I am looking forward to bring my car for future service to Lasco Ford and hopefully remain a long time customer of this Dealership. I love my car and that means a lot to me! Matt White always takes great care of my vehicles. They even sent me a video of my truck on the hoist letting me know everything looked good and nothing but the scheduled maintenance was needed.

My service advisor, Matt White was able to get my car in for an oil change at my convenience and they were courteous and took care of my vehicle like it was their own. They did a wonderful job and I'll always come back to Lasco Ford for service on my Ford edge.

Lasco Ford will be the only place I go to service my vehicle. The check-in process was seamless, the service technician was knowledge and patient walking me through the needed repairs. When additional issues were found, I received a video via text detailing what repairs were needed and why.
