Joyce was great. Run before getting caught up in this mess with the new guys, It's a family who goes around buying up old accounting firms, never updating the location on listings so that they get phone calls based on the reputation of the former owners... But the family themselves doesn't do taxes, they hire that out. They go into an existing business, double or triple the prices, then rely on people looking for the old owners to keep their business going. They basically found a cash cow- sadly it works because there are always new people looking to get help with their taxes. They pretty much file everyone's taxes late as a standard policy and make an unbelievable number of simple mistakes.

Joyce King is the best, unfortunately the new owners are the worst possible. The new owners didn't get my taxes done until October of 2023 and then it was all wrong. My rental business has 23 renters that they where doing the accounting for, they raise my rates from $150 a month to $500 a month without notice and totally screwed it up. Very rude new owner

Under new ownership. Unprofessional and terribly rude manager. Books were all messed up and claimed we hadn't paid them when we did, and held up our filing.

Have been taking my taxes here for the past 2 years now. Before then I had a friend doing them and my taxes got messed up pretty bad. The team here was able to get my taxes back on track! Wonderful, friendly staff.

First off, I'm not related. I'm 100% a customer. Second, I'm not sure why there aren't hundreds more glowing reviews of Joyce and her staff. Most amazing, fast, best-priced, and wizard-like service I've had in all my years as an entrepreneur. For anyone wanting to have their taxes done - or start a business, etc - I cannot think of anyone better within a hundred square miles. Do yourself a favor, skip the commercial brand names and hire Joyce!

I have know Joyce King for a long time. The quality of work her and her office provides is nothing but exceptional. They are very detailed and extremely pleasant to work with. They are very knowledgeable about taxes. I have had stocks, military, daycare, multiple kids, multiple jobs, buying a new house, ect. included in my taxes and they know exactly how to file! Great place to go!! They give you the most return you can get. I have worked with both Joyce and Pat King, they are both wonderful people :) if I could give them a higher rate, I would.
