Scheduled an appointment. When I arrive there was a sign on the door stating " Will be back in 45 minutes" I waited 45 minutes. No one ever showed up. I wasted time out of my day. Tryed calling their support number and was givin no answers. Very unprofessional. The guy did finaly show up 1 hour late. Stating "while I should be allowed a lunch". There was no apology. The guy then stated they do no do brakes. Which is what I made the appointment for to begin with.
I did call to give more details. The lady I talked too had no details. She could not even tell me what would happen with my compaint. Offered me a free oil change witch I find insulting. This company is a joke.

Don’t go here! Customer service is horrible! Went for oil change and they had NO oil! Had to go buy from local auto parts store! Poor management!

These guys big time came to the rescue. This is going to sound like an Adam Sandler movie, but I blew a tire on the way to the hospital while my wife was going into labor. We got to the hospital in time to safely deliver, and then I called these guys up and asked if they could get me rolling so that I could get my wife and newborn home. They told me to come right in, made room for me during a busy day, and had 2 new tires on my car in under 15 minutes. 10/10 guys, I'd recommend anyone to do business with them.

One of my tires was losing pressure fast. I figured it had to of been a nail. I stopped by this evening an hour or so before closing and they got me right in, found the nail, and repaired the tire really fast. I really appreciate the great service and will recommend them to friends, family, and clients! Thank you!

Over a year ago I set up an oil change and tire rotation, I get there, and they do not have a filter for my vehicle. I call and make an appointment for the same thing today, and I get a second party company that is not even at the facility setting up the appointment. I have to ask to get connected to check and make sure they have my filter in stock, and they don’t. They won’t get one for another 5 days.. It would have happened again.. No sorry about that, just “it’s going to cost a lot more if they have to outsource the filter”…

This was an absolutely awful experience I was overcharged had to come back twice and almost a third time because there is again something wrong with my car Dan is his name when I called to ask about it he was extremely rude and difficult he laughed in my face talked over me was just extremely disrespectful

Not good, they spent more time trying not to do the tires on my truck than anything else. After two appointments over 2 day and 4-5 wasted hours I asked for the tires back and went somewhere else. The job got done in an hour. I honestly don’t think they want work. The first day I was there they had no cars in and still didn’t want to do mine. The second day they had 1 car in and did nothing with mine over 4 hours, really very little with the other one. I heard this shop was good once upon a time.

Do NOT use this shop!!! The "manager" was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL on the phone and in person. I will never spend another dime there, and I hope others will not either. RUN far away from this place!!

Today (5-10-24) Traveling from out of the area discovered I had a screw in my tire. Quick search came up with this Monro closing at 7. I arrived there at 6 pm thinking I could get my tire patched and back on the road. I had told the guy behind the counter I was from out of town. After him seeming unhappy I was there and being rude to a potential customer on the phone he inspected my tire only to tell me if I wanted to leave it they could get it in the morning. He was unable to lift my vehicle. Why is this place even open until 7 if you are unable to work? He states he did not have anything scheduled to be worked on between 6 and 7pm
