“I recently had an issue with my phone service after returning from overseas. Stopped in to the SilverPkwy store and was greeted by the most helpful team who got to work sorting out the problem and getting my phone working again. I couldn't have been happier with the service I received.”
“I had to unfortunately drive to this location three separate times in the span of the two days after being told they would be able to fix my problem, my last experience was the reason for this five star review though. Robert was immediately helpful and extremely friendly when I explained the situation, while other employees at this location were quick to brush me off with the usually “it is what is it” attitude, Robert tried to come up with different solutions to try and better fix my problem. When he was unsure what to do next he grabbed his manager who was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Though we couldn’t get to the bottom of my situation the experience was still great because of their willingness to help me and above and beyond attitudes.
P.s Robert is also incredibly hilarious which helped brighten my day”
“I went in on a whim looking for information about switching over to Verizon, and Terri was an absolute sweetheart! I hope to be seeing her again and thanking her for how kind she was with me. She guided me from start to finish with upgrading my iPhone and switching services, and she even listened to me ramble on and on throughout the whole process. I’ve always thought of phone stores as upsellers but I truly feel like Terri was genuinely looking out for me and my own needs.”
