The lady at the counter was very rude once she foundout I was there for fingerprints. Maybe a sign in front saying WHERE the entrance to IdentoGo is would help her avoid annoying moments

Horrific horrible horrible people that work there I went and parked in the front and then I was rudely told to go park in the back so I parked nobody parked up front I went and parked in the back they harassed me I had to call the police on them they are the worst worst place please do not ever go there! I took them to court because there were no signs posted I originally parked in the handicap in the front the wife was so utterly rude told me to turn around walk out that door get in my car and park in back when they were like 10 open parking spots in front and I needed to park in handicap I parked in the back and there was no handicap and then when I complained about it they refused to wait on me I had to take him to court and then he lied to the courts saying he had signs posted all over the place and showed signs and that were not there when I went there This man and woman who owned this place they are liars they will teach you please do not ever go to this location

I’ve been there dozens of times, they’ve always been very helpful and of course it’s way better than going to the post office or the ups store, typically much cheaper and faster at goin postal, thanks again!!!

I went here for the first time and dropped off packages for my business the other day while it was raining, and one of my labels apparently got smudged from the rain, and the staff took it upon themselves to find my website off my packaging and email stating that if I email them another copy of the label, that they would print it out and reapply it so it could be shipped out. It was such a kind gesture and it did not go unnoticed. I will be using them for the rest of my shipping needs!

This is place was quick and friendly and gets the job done. I went to get fingerprints and didn't realize you park in the back and use a back door (no biggie) I was politely directed to the back. The man doing my fingerprints (owner I'm assuming) was friendly and efficient. Do NOT listen to the negative reviews!! This place is more than efficient.

Goin’ Postal has been a game changer for me with my personal and business work! I’ve never had to wait in line. I’m always greeted with their friendly faces. Their work is impeccable and prompt. Can't get a human to answer their phone. They just have an automated system that says "No one is available to take your call. Goodbye" and then it hangs up on you. I called multiple times, at different times of day. They also have no FB presence I could find to reach out on. They won't get my business.

Mike the owner is not a nice man. Came in for fingerprints and rudely asking me to stand in a certain spot… how about asking nicely? Then issue with my married name. Called indentigo and they solved the issue and said it was fine. Their customer service far better than Mike.Customer Service goes a long way. And being nice to people.

I had an appointment for fingerprinting. When I showed up on time for the appointment, the door was locked. There was a sign saying the system was down, and call a number.The Goin Postal never notified me the place was not working.I then drove an hour to next closest place to get fingerprinted.Terrible customer service!!!!!
