Horrible place to live! Maintince and leasing office are terrible, takes about 2 months to get anything done. spend a little more money and save your self the trouble of georgtown

I have a had a maintenance ticket for a 5 minute sink repair for over a month. Every time I talk to someone about it they say they’ll send them and then they never do.

As said before by others units are filled with ear wigs and centipedes, drains clog constantly, upon move in toilet was not sealed and countertops were tacky. Maintenance takes months conduct any repairs even if there is staffing water. Would recommend spending the extra $100 and finding another place
