“Overall a very good experience here. The front desk staff are kind and knowledgeable. They do their best for the circumstances they are in.***This is for their corporate and owner of this branch****It's a shame that their turnover rate is pretty much every month.How are they supposed to give good customer service when they are understaffed, not paid much and don't even have time to eat? Where is the owner of this branch to help out and be the leader??Food, Ya know the basic necessity of a life. Pfff don't need to let our employees take breaks because there's only 2 people in the entire building trying to take care of nonstop customers and one is a new employee.Makes me wonder why the turnover rate is the way it is. I've always wondered if the people in corporate making 6 figures ever turn there gaze the other way around and ask hmm ? what's it like to be a front desk person's shoes? Not getting to eat, and getting paid so little for their services. I truly believe if a corporate Huntington employee worked here for 2 weeks a lot would change or they couldn't handle it and quite.”
