There are a lot of negative reviews for this place, but I had a perfectly fine experience with them. I called about a walking boot for my boyfriend, the girl who answered the phone said they had one, I went in, was greeted kindly, she walked over and got the boot, rang me up with pleasant conversation, and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Couldn't have asked for a better transaction.

Super helpful and friendly service, I want to say her name is Ashley but my memory is garbage. I enjoy going in to pick up medical supplies for my dad and just chit chatting with her and her son. If she doesn't have an answer for any question she will find it and call you to help you make the best choices. Great place to get your medical supplies.

I have been getting my medical shoes, and other supplies , etc here for almost three years, the staff is always very helpful , so far everything has worked out perfectly , always a pleasure to see Ashley and Sherry , couldn't ask for anyone to make these visits easier , and less stressful , specially when I have no clue on a lot of the things I have to hunt down. BIG KUDOS to all of the people that work so hard to help us out !!! Terrible ran company,Dirty, unprofessional. I couldn’t believe the “manager” Sherry at the front. She was raising her voice at me over simple questions, I’m a paying customer but she still treated me like I was annoying her with simple questions about my diabetic products. Mean while she was on her phone to whole time and couldn’t go look for my order, I will not be spending anymore of my hard earned money here, and you shouldn’t either. You can thank Sherry for her slithering remarks. Maybe she can be put demoted to clean that dirty smelly fish tank in the front. Hopefully one day I can return to a local business that actually wants me in there store. I’ve never been so poorly treated in Fenton. That’s why First Choice home health care is and will always be my last choice.

Do not ever go to the place, it’s very dirty, and unprofessional, most of the employees don’t care anymore bc the owner doesn’t treat them right or even pays them on time, I know how the owner lives too she is very well off, but she making her employees struggle she can’t even upgrade their working conditions just so disappointing, don’t support this business.
