Can't say enough about their work! I needed the 4 rear gate door hinges replaced on my 3 year old enclosed trailer, and they had it completed within just a few days. After having to grind off the old mounts/hinges they also painted the bare metal to prevent it from rusting. Thanks for the great work ?

Worst place ever THEY DO NOT WHAT SO EVER STAND BEHIND ANYTHING THEY SELL. Ron thinks he gets to talk to people like he owns them. Well I hope your ready for court Ron because I'll see you there. The trailer was never caulked from the factory and my stuff is red now due to the red dirt roads in Kansas the inside was full of dirt and the ramp door hinges are bent and ether place wants to do anything about it. I'm being told that my stuff being ruined is on me its not there fault its not in there warranty LOL. Well I didn't build it incorrectly and I didn't sell it incorrectly. Oh and i was told by Fenton trading post that they sent the pictures to the Manufacturer which was other lie. The manufacturer had no clue until my wife called them. so now i have to take both places to court.

10/11/2023 - Update - Wiring issue solved. Brake lights are back working. It seems the splices keep coming!! And Legend loves using quick wire splices over crimped terminals or solder. Avoid this dealer and manufacturer. Also - since another person had an issue with blow by on their "enclosed" trailer, take a look at mine! I'm glad my stuff wasn't terribly ruined. But what's the point of having an enclosed trailer if it doesn't keep the elements out? The pictures added were 2 weeks after I bought the trailer. Dealer and manufacturer... 2 stars.7/12/2023: Update - Okay so I have 4,000 miles on this trailer and guess what?? My lights are having an issue. Am I surprised... NO! I'll be digging into why things aren't working, but during my initial investigation of all my trailers wiring I find that Legend must like using all of their scrap. Within a four foot run for the trailer brakes I have 4 splices!!! The middle two are for?? The lack of quality continues to amaze me. Avoid this dealer and this manufacturer.7/26/2022: Update - I had to work through Legend, the manufacturer, to get my trailer's fender issue resolved. I had to drive several hours to drop my trailer off for the work, wait over 3 weeks, and then drive several hours to pick it up, ALL on my dime. This could have been SO easily handled by my dealer ordering new fenders and replacing them. I heard this actually happened at a dealer in Wisconsin, with a trailer that had the same issue, so it can be done, a dealer can make sure it's customers are satisfied.11/2021Fenton Trading Post is good at the initial sale. Really satisfied with the dealer while I was purchasing. But now I have an issue. I wanted things fixed so the trailer would look like a new trailer, since it is new, the fenders started massively delaminating. I expected them to say: drop it off and we’ll take care of it. The response I got was: it’s not covered under warranty....go buy a can of spray paint. 18K for this trailer and 7 months later this is how I’m treated.

Smaller trailers. Nothing the size we needed. In response to the reply on my review: not only did this business not have a very good selection and high prices, there was a staff person outside who saw us looking around at the trailers and no one came out to us to see if there was anything they could help us with.

Fenton Trading Post is good at the initial sale. The sale of my trailer was handled with care. Really satisfied with the dealer while I was purchasing. But now I have an issue. I called and talked with the owner, Ron. I wanted things fixed so the trailer would look like a new trailer, the fenders started massively delaminating. I expected him to say: drop it off and we'll take care of it. The response I got was: it's not covered under warranty....go buy a can of spray paint.I own several trailers and I keep all my equipment and vehicles impeccably maintained. So, for this to occur after 7 months is obviously a manufacturing defect. I bought my trailer from Fenton Trading Post late November 2021 for $18,085.00. It has less than 1000 miles on it as it wasn't driven over the winter. I was getting it ready for a trip and noticed the fenders looking wrinkly. The paint did not adhere to the metal and the metal does not look like it was properly prepped for this. After I washed my trailer, the paint just blew off the fenders. The owner at Fenton Trading Post accused me of intentionally doing that at the car wash.My expectation is that I can wash my trailer without the paint falling off, this is called an implied warranty which provides the assurance that a product is fit for its intended purpose and meet's the buyer's expectation; being able to wash my trailer without paint falling off is a reasonable expectation. We left the conversation with Ron telling me Fenton Trading Post would take no action since it's not covered under warranty and that I should contact the manufacturer. So much for service after the sale, it's more important than during the sale. You've lost a customer.I've left my contact information with the manufacturer and they are working on a remediation.Update: 6/21/2022 - The manufacturer got back to me. They're going to make this right, however, I have to drive my trailer to their facility to get this fixed. 1 1/2 hours each way, twice, as they will have the trailer for a duration of time, along with lost business time. I am so sickened by how this was handled. Why couldn't FTP just have said they would fix it, get with the manufacturer, get some new fenders, install them, send the bad ones back? Then you would still have a satisfied customer.

Dont waste your time. Over priced. And will keep you waiting months for a trailer then just to raise the price again.Update... $500 more at the time of deposit. Then $400 more at time of delivery is unacceptable in any market. I too know how things work in today's day. I've got price increases in my line of work, But our prices are locked at the time of order. I can understand a like surcharge increase..... but not $400. U guys are a joke. Especially when I said show me your invoice and I'll pay it and was told no we can't that ( in the nastiest way possible) . Go price gouge someone else to pay you employees salaries.

We had a wheel bearing burn up on us, on one of our video game trailers. Needed it fixed in 4 days, to make our next event. They got us up and running within 3 days and we didn't miss a beat. Could not have made me any happier. Pricing was also reasonable. Thanks Ron and crew.
