Top of the line if your standard is rudest employees of Fenton area. I understand in this business they probably deal with a lot of upset people a lot, but when I casually call to ask my total and I'm getting talked to like garbage when I've been nothing but pleasant that is uncalled for and obviously unprofessional. At least 4 times I had to interact in person and over the phone to handle my situation and not once time were they pleasant in any manner. Also, it's nice to see that Cars are thrown on top of each other there. I guarantee you'll have damage to your car just from it sitting there.

Came out and then left me stranded with a car that wouldn't start because they claimed they couldn't tow it to the shop of my choice (3 miles away) and lied about why. They offered to drive it to the shop of their choice (probably because it pays them kickbacks) and I said thanks but no.

Needed a car towed to the repair shop. Called Fenton Express towing and they were here in about 30 minutes. Driver was polite and professional. Will use again if needed.

Came within a reasonable amount of time and were very courteous. They took care to use blocks for my vehicle when loading as it is lower to the ground. They took their time and were cautious for the entire duration of loading my vehicle and strapping her down. Would recommend!

I wasn’t a fan of how difficult it was to get the guy on the phone to give me a price and answer questions, so I ended up going with another company.

The guy that came out was very helpful and tried to get my car to start for like ten mins before saying it needed to be towed. He also checked my fluids while the battery was charging. Very nice guy, and if I had cash on me, I would have tipped him. I highly recommend Fenton towing if youever need a tow!

Listen, when you need a tow things are already “in the ditch” but these guys are AMAZING in every way. Safe, on time and beyond helpful. Nobody likes getting “hooked” but Fenton Express is my go to every single time.

Hit a pot hole and popped a tire on my Tesla. Fenton Express saved the day! My driver was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s not easy to tow a Tesla but he did a great job!
