My review comes from the perspective of an interviewee. I went in to my interview on time. I waited for 20 minutes from outside the office listening to them chit chatting and laughing from the office. while I waited. During the interview she asked me why I wanted to work if I was on Social Security and might have to pay taxes on my earnings. I stated I will pay the taxes without issue, I usually vote for all tax millage in my area to make my community nicer, school, parks and such, not opposed to taxes. She told me she would contact me either way if hired or not, never did. I speculate this is a form of age discrimination. I personally would never deal with them at all in the future. I see they had an ad on indeed again for same position again so that sounds like a little karma. No worries, I got another full time job and doing well.

Honestly some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought my Jeep used with 37k miles on it from the Lafontaine in *********** and my terrible experience started after I took my keys. First off the dealer will tell you what you want to hear and after the purchase is made you will have to pull teeth to get any type of communication.In August after noticing an issue with the paint on my doors I called my dealer and they referred me to a body shop in Milford to have my issues looked at. The body shop stated that the bubbling in the paint should be covered and that they would replace all the affected parts to resolve the issue. The body shop in Milford referred me to another Lafontaine body shop in Fenton and this is where the worst of it started. I never got any updates on my claim from this body shop unless I emailed Manager ***** directly. She told me that they were waiting on Chrysler to approve 4 separate claims, to which I was very understanding. When I emailed her after waiting about 3 months she stated they were all approved and we were waiting 4 to 6 weeks on a loaner car, to which I said sounds great and thanked her. I also let ***** know I was having an issue with my heated seat to which she said they could look at when it was in for service. After about 11 weeks I emailed her again to check on when they think I could get a loaner and she replied how about next week? I happily said thank you and dropped it off for my appointment to find out it was going to take 4 weeks and would have to resubmit all the claims again which was pretty upsetting on top of getting a loaner, with an empty tank. After 4 weeks I expected to be getting some kind of communication about when I would be picking up my Jeep and got nothing so I reached out, and was told we think it will be next week. I told her that it should be covered under warranty and I came to find out that it was never under warranty when I bought it. I asked Kelly to consider the experience I have had so far with waiting as long as I have and getting 0 communication unless I called or emailed to get it. She let me know that she would find out the next day after I picked up my Jeep.When I picked up my Jeep and was about to leave I noticed that under my back seat I had a pile of bird seed from a rodent that had been living in my Jeep over the almost 2 months it was in for service. I promptly emailed Kelly after leaving just letting her know what happened, to which I got no reply and never heard back about my heated seat.Long story short about Lafontaine; they do not care about you after you walk out the door unless you are about to give them money.

My experience at this dealership more specific services was not different than the other customers. Please read the service reviews before using this dealer.I scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance for the following issues: oil chang, fuel filter replacement, tire rotation, engine light for DEF system and 4x4 not engaged. I asked how long will take to get this done ...to know how to plan my scheduled. They told me 1day and maybe some work second day. Well the car was hold in the dealer for over 5 days.After many calls, text messages to se service rep. , service and service manager... I received zero information whant was going on with my car.At one point my service rep. could not answer the question when my car would be ready in 5 days ,2 weeks, a month, 1 year, 10 years... He responded "I don't know ". At this point I show up in the dealer (5 days later). I let you figure out what happen after....After some online tips I fixed my truck in front of them in 2 minutes..Very Very disappointing with the service after I got this expensive truck $75k and the dealer could not service it. They need some training classes....I don't recommend this dealer only because of service.

The dealership in Fenton lost my van. Accidentally took it to another dealership, lied about it for days, finally found it, told me it would be ready that night. Went the next day, WAS NOT DONE. They did not take any money off my bill. Did not offer any way to fix the problem. I go to leave, and MY GAS TANK IS EMPTY. They used all of my gas when they took it to another dealership. I went back in and they said the manager would call me the next day. The manager did call, but did not offer any refund or gas card. He just blamed other people and continued to make excuses. NEVER GO HERE. They have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The work was completed and seems ok so far, but HORRIBLE HORRIBLE communication.

Service was great. Had an oil change and two recalls taken care of. Unfortunately there is already another recall. I live 45 minutes from your dealership. Frustrating.

I have been a return customer for many years and many CDJR vehicles from Hall Chrysler to LaFontaine CDJR IN Fenton This has been my best experience by far! I came to LaFontaine after a terrible accident in my 2018 Dodge Durango and was greeted by 2 beautiful Angels (Amber & Grace) who walked me through the entire process from start to finish ~ couldn't be happier leaving with my new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and would recommend these two ladies and John P to anyone!! Would definitely recommend this dealership. My situation was far from perfect credit wise. I worked with Joe Sendi and Matt Jury. These guys literally made a miracle happen. If it wasn’t for them, I would have never been financed. They worked hard to get me approved. A+++

Amazing doesn’t begin to explain our experience with Kurt Chapelle and his team. We were passing down a car to my daughter and came to get a new/used for my husband. Kurt met us full of energy and excitement. He was eager to “know us” and related with my husband who is a vet and stroke survivor. Kurt always made us feel as though we were the only deal he was working on. As with any used car there are imperfections and let me tell you by the time we picked up the car it basically looked brand new. The detailer came in and payed extra attention to our car making sure that my silly cosmetic issues were taken care of so I didn’t have to worry or handle it after we drove off of the lot. I telling you my husband is on cloud 9 and he finally let me drive it and it is a wonderful purchase from an even more wonderful salesman and car lot.Thank you Kurt for all of your assistance and wonderful family deal.
