I pay a monthly membership to go here. Today it was closed, I stopped by at 1 and again at 6, not sure why it’s closed but I think my membership should be prorated for every day it’s closed. Edit: corrected to 5 star after owners explanation.

I recently gave another try and have been back twice and the washes I'm getting are so much better and as always the staff is amazing
