Had a Ford 350 company truck get new rims and bigger tires put on, and WOW what a difference it makes to the truck! Professional service, knowledgeable and awesome technicians delivering as promised! We will continue to patronize Discount Tire!

I made an appointment for 0900 to have my wheels rebalanced because of a vibration. I arrived at 0845. I was told I'd be out at 1000 because I had scheduled another appointment at 1030. I received a text that read my appointment had been canceled at 0945. My car hadn't been moved from the parking lot at 1000. I approached the desk and mentioned this and was told they'd get to my car in 15 minutes. I had to call my other appointment and reschedule. People who arrived after me were in on the racks.

Ordered 2 rear tires online on the 25th of June, made an appointment for today, July 1st @ 8:15 am. It should be noted I made the appointment so early as it's my only day off and I had an already full schedule later on. I was contacted 3 days later to tell me they didn't know if the tires would be in on time but they would contact me prior to reschedule if they hadn't shown up. I call this morning at 8am, spoke with Greg, I said I was told someone would call me if the tires weren't in, I don't want to drive the 15 minutes there if my tires haven't arrived. Greg stated "Oh sorry about that, things happen, we will call you when they come in" 3 hours later (11am) they call and say the tires are in, come on up and we will get you taken care of. I arrive, I speak with Greg, he asks how he can help? I said "Yeah you guys just called me about my tires arriving, I'm here to get them put on. Very condescending he says "Yeah? I speak to alot of people about tires, what's the car? I tell what I'm driving and give him my phone number. He again, rudely states "I didn't speak to you, you spoke to Matt" I said ok, here's my keys. An hour goes by, a young guy comes into the waiting area and says my name, I stand up to go over to greet him. He says "I got 4 of your lugs off but one is being stubborn and I can't get it off, if I can get it off it's going to snap your stud off" I said how is that possible? The young kid says "I dunno, I think it was cross-threaded" I said ok so then can you replace the stud? "Naw, we don't do that here, so do you want me to snap it or I can't put your tires on" I stated I already paid 600 bucks and 4 hours late so go ahead. He said "ok cool" 30 minutes later a different young male drives my car around and comes into the store. I go greet him, he tells me "Now your one tps isn't reading and you have a dash light on but it will go away in like a few miles" I said really? I ask if the other gentleman did in fact snap the stud off? "Ah yeah, he said he crossthreaded it but we torqued them down good so it's like totally fine to drive it like that" Is this what you call service? -- No we are sorry, no anything. I told him I would now be going to fix it myself and waste the rest of my day. He giggled and handed me my keys. What great service. Drove the 10 miles home, tps light blinking at me, I have no reading now from my left rear tire, worked perfectly fine prior to going in for this lovely appointment.

My young son went to Discount Tire, at my suggestion, because his tire had a slow leak. He was helped by Matt, who took his keys, sat in his car for less than 3 minutes, told him he had a mechanical problem, and that he needed two new tires. The tires are a year old with less than 10,000 miles on them. I called and asked to speak with a manager and got the runaround that he wasn’t available and that the person in charge was Matt….his behavior was condescending toward me when I asked how he came to his conclusion without taking the tire off to inspect it. I will not tolerate businesses that take advantage of people because they think they can get away with it. I will not do business with the Fenton store and will no longer refer them to friends or family.

Encountered a trailer tire that ballooned out of shape and started getting really hot. Discount Tires made an appointment for me based on my estimated arrival time. Matt was awesome. He worked a reasonable price and we were back on the road quickly. Everyone my wife and I spoke to were courteous and helpful. Awesome job!

I ordered new tires on the website and obtained a decent military discount as a disabled veteran and an instant rebate. I was able to schedule the install for two days after the purchase. I was notified of my order being out for delivery at the shop the morning following my online purchase. Once the tires arrived the day after I ordered online, Greg called me to offer an earlier install. I went from ordering to install in less than 24 hours. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked in. My wife and I walked to a store across the street and back and in that 30 minutes, my old tires were swapped for the brand new ones. Definitely priority service at this location with care and pride. I appreciate the level of care and consideration for my family. Ordering online was easy. Scheduling was also easy, and having appointments moved up is welcomed. Great location and staff.

Great service, we had issue with some wheel locks I didn’t have a key to. Almost everyone in the shop helped resolve the issue and get the job done. They were fast and efficient and friendly. This is where I will get all my tire work done in the future. Also for those that didn’t know like I didn’t, discount owns tire rack and can match any of their deals, and timelines. It’s way more effective to call them.

Staff is helpful in explaining everything. Clean waiting area and bathroom. Can make appointments. Free drive up tire pressure and fill. I've been buying tires from them for years.

Was very happy with the service that I received yesterday. The store was extremely busy but I got quoted a time and they stuck pretty close to it. The entire staff was super friendly! BIG shout out to Jeremy!

They replaced my old Michelin tires in a very short time. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! Take them doughnuts in the morning and pizza around lunchtime. They deserve it.
