Once the order was placed, we had shipping confirmation the same day. There was a defect from the manufacturer with the product once we received it, and Ashley was amazingly communicative. She immediately provided a return shipping label and advised she pulled another glove from stock and examined it before sending the replacement. Absolute top notch service with great communication. I look forward to ordering from Diamond Sports Gear again!

Absolutely love Diamond Sports Gear. Being my son is a lefty, this is the place to find variety. His whole life he had always settled for what we could find. Here he gets to choose. They are always helpful, let you try out bats, and even rent them for a few days if needed.

Hands down, this is the best place to buy softball gear! Joe is incredibly knowledgeable and was very patient with my daughter. He analyzed her swing with each bat that she was interested in buying and helped her select the perfect bat within our budget. We appreciate all of the help we received.

We've heard a lot about Diamond Sports over the course of the past few years. Finally, we made the 35-minute drive, and I was impressed with the selection of quality baseball gear. The store was well-stocked and well-organized. Most importantly, the help was the best I have ever encountered in any sports store. I worked with Randy Bailey, and he was extremely knowledgeable. His insight was really helpful and made my decision-making very easy. There isn't a shortage of sports stores in the Novi area. When it comes to baseball, for now on we are only going to Diamond Sports in Fenton, Michigan. A+
