It took 8.5 minutes to fill up my tank with 12 gallons of gas. At a rate of 42 seconds per gallon, I think a leaky faucet could fill my car up faster.

The lady at the counter looked like a space cadet with whatever drugs she was on. Go to the A&W further down you'll run into less drug addicts.

I always go to this gas station for lottery, and I mean lottery and the people are usually great. But new management are pressuring these people to the point of making good customer service to terrible. No cups for soda and after spending a couple $ on lottery I asked about a cup of soda. Lol they wanted to charge me without a lid and a coffee cup 1$ and wow left it and went to McDonald’s paid a dollar twice the size and had a dang lid. You would of thought they would say no problem heck charge for the cup maybe if they are that hard up… but terrible then I hear they let the manager go who always was pleasant and never seemed life he was flying high like some of the Mobil stations, very unhappy with the changes there. Thinking maybe they need to hire a different district manager again. Not sure I will be going there much anymore… very disappointed

Things are really chaotic around the holidays, and frankly I was about to have a nervous breakdown at the gas station today. Then Kim, an employee of BP really helped me out. I can't thank her enough. That's the type of customer service that'll keep me going back. Good people seem harder and harder to find these days, but Kim is definitely one of them.

Employees gave me extremely dirty looks after I tried to open the door that they had locked at 10:55, the sign said the store closed at 11:00. On Google it says open 24 hours, that is extremely misleading.

Don't waste your time here!! The fuel pumps do not print receipts? The fuel pumps are extremely slow: 5 seconds/ 0.1 gallons ?The bathrooms are out of order due to construction; Outside Porto-Johns only option?Service staff is very nice and symathetic ?

The roads were bad this morning. All I had was a hundred dollars cash. I gave the cash to my 16 year old daughter to drive her sister to a soccer game. She stopped and asked to put 30.00 in her tank. The lady was VERY rude to her. I get you don't have a ton of change in her drawer, but as a new driver and the roads they way they are maybe you could've ask her to put more in her tank. Good thing she arrived safe to Wixom, and Owen road speedway helped her!!! Will NEVER stop at this gas station again!

Bathrooms were not as clean as I would have expect with the times. I asked for a gas receipt. The clerk was very short and rude. When I got the receipt, it wasn't even my gas purchase.

I understand marijuana is legal in Michigan, however, I don't feel it should be used in a work place. I had to run down state to pick up my hubby which is a 4 hour drive one way, than back up north another 4 hrs. Well I'm not feeling well just overly tired and needed to use the restroom so we stopped. at 1:44am. Go in and lord and behold (now keep in mind a Male employee is working), and the ladies bathroom smells of nothing but pot like the store. Now I smell like. Not very happy. Will most definitely not be stopping there anymore for sure.
