“since we did not get an email review request, I would like to submit one about David McDaniel in your service department. After a previous negative experience, our last service visit was great. Even though our car was in for 3 weeks, We knew exactly what was going on and were updated frequently. At the appropriate time, we received a loaner car, per our warranty. In addition to the warranty covered work, we also had scheduled maintenance work done. We knew in advance the approximate cost and had no surprises when we picked up the car. David also informed us of other upcoming maintenance work that was needed. This is a person we would ask for in the future. Thanks, Kirk Johnson and Ken Rominsky.”

“Fast service and quick same day pick up. They are two larger dogs. Well mannered at least to me. I didn't see the water dish in the smaller lobby area (light bump) and neither of them barked at me. “I went to Vek's for many years taking multiple family vehicles to Harry. I did that because not only are they good at what they do, but Harry was always honest and gave a fair deal. He didn't try to pad the pricing to make an extra buck, he just gave a fair price for the job. I was there again today and received the same kind of service. I don't want a shop that just automatically throws my truck on a diag machine and charges me $85 for just that alone - I want a shop with a real mechanic - one that has years of experience and has the eyes & ears to figure out what is going on after driving my truck to feel and listen to it. That is what I received today - I will continue taking all of our vehicles there.”
“Best service and price for oil change and tire rotation around. Service is quick and priced right with only minimal recommendations needed to be done. They never try to sell me plans or upgraded services and I thank them for that. Always respectful and efficient with all additional services and always return my Equanix within the time frame allowed. Also, they have one of the best EV chargers and prices in Fenton for my Ford MME and yes there is a ford dealer right across the street but I prefer my VICs.”
“These guys big time came to the rescue. This is going to sound like an Adam Sandler movie, but I blew a tire on the way to the hospital while my wife was going into labor. We got to the hospital in time to safely deliver, and then I called these guys up and asked if they could get me rolling so that I could get my wife and newborn home. They told me to come right in, made room for me during a busy day, and had 2 new tires on my car in under 15 minutes. 10/10 guys, I'd recommend anyone to do business with them.”

“I am an older lady, I took some old metal stuff I had laying around the house to scrap dogs. The gentleman out back were very nice and helpful shorting my items to make sure the most out of it. Then the lady's up front at the very clean and organized office, were very pleasant to work with and kind.they even sell tires for vehicles witch I didn't know. they had my size for my jeep went back on pay day & bought them;)highly recommended this scrap;)”

“On the early morning hours of February 19, I needed a winch out at my house. My insurance company kept dropping the ball on getting a tow truck out there. Fenton towing said they were limited on people and they didn’t know when they would get there and it would be an extra fee because of their limited resources. So I called Woody’s towing. The driver was there within an hour. What a great guy. Very friendly and professional. It was just a great experience, so thank you”
