“When I first moved it was great, price for quality was absolutely amazing, and fair however lately I’ve been seeing a trend with other apartments around all increasing prices without equally increasing quality. You’re paying more for the same. I’m hoping that when it comes time to re-lease I won’t have to find somewhere else to live because of costs.”
“This apartment complex is a quiet community close to Downtown Fenton. The apartment complex is well maintained. Our landlord is professional. If any repairs are needed our landlord is on it right away. I love calling this my home I recommend anyone to call this apartment complex your home too”
