Amazing! Just amazing. Ive reached out to any groomer I could come across for my (aquired) pup who needed A LOT of help due to her previous owners declining health. Not one got back with me. Luckily, I was given Kerri's number. We had a great first conversation over the phone. She answered all my questions, and calmed all my fears. She was so easy to talk to and her knowledge and passion was evident. She got my pup done quickly and thoroughly. My babe feels so much better and I couldn't be happier. It's been a long time since my pup has been groomed, I was worried how she would react. Kerri explained different things she tries to calm anxious dogs, and I felt completely comfortable leaving pup with her. She will be our groomer for as long as she will have us, we're beyond grateful!

Couldn't be better.Our regular was not answering their phone and then was 5 weeks out.Got ahold of Kerri, she got us on the calendar in just over a week.90 minutes after drop off, let us know Gracie was ready.Couldn't ask for a better cut on my long haired wire-e Labradoddle.We will most certainly be back. Full reccomend.

We took our two golden retrievers here at the end of the summer because they stank like the lake. Lol Our female has a super thick long coat and needed 3 baths to get the sand out. The groomer trimmed both of the dogs very very well and shaved a lot off. I don't rly understand complaints about shaving hairy/fuzzy dogs. Both dogs looked and smelled great and we didn't have to pay to have them groomed again for awhile. Prices are very reasonable. Making another appointment now!

Called and was able to get in the same day (she had a cancellation). My dog was covered in burrs gave little Direction just said do your best and I wasn’t disappointed!Plus was super fast dropped her off at 2pm got a call 1.5 hours later.Thanks again

Very good with my little Patches. She does a great job with your pet, and mine has never been stressed when I pick her up. I highly recommend this groomer as I have been to several and find this one to be the best for my dog !

She tried to charge me before i had even seen my dog. DO NOT pay before seeing the results! She definitely doesnt know how to work with dogs with a double coat! She basically took a buzzer to my bernese mountain dog. Her coat will probably never be the same now. I even specifically said i didnt want her coat cut!
