Disappointed that my policy keeps going up and I haven’t changed anything. Literally called to make an appointment with Ashlee. The lady on the phone scheduled me and I never recieved a phone call. called back again and she said it went up because of the insurance changes but would go back down to the same thing after the five months. It most definitely didn’t go down. Dissatisfied and will be looking for a new insurance company
