“5 STARS! We were visiting the area from out of town when our car broke down. Called AAA and they sent Andrew from Ray's services. They could not have sent a better person to save us! Andrew was kind and professional and towed our car to the hotel where we were staying. He gave my wife and daughter a ride in his truck and helped me get an Uber. The next day, he came back to tow our car back home some 220 miles away and sent us a photo that it made it to our mechanic's. He made the whole experience so much less stressful for us. We highly recommend Andrew and Ray's Services to anyone. It is comforting to know there are such caring and helpful people in this world who go out of their way to help complete strangers in need. “LKM noticed we were in a business lot with a flat tire. We were having trouble with the jack from our spare kit. LKM let us use the jack and he stayed until he knew our new tire was on properly and had enough air. He did not have to stop as we did not call for help but the kindness shown to us will have us calling LKM every time we need assistance. I wish I knew his name so I could recognize him as a stellar employee who goes above and beyond. An honest person willing to help others.”

The guy (didn’t get a name) who came to switch my tire to the spare was very polite and answered any questions I had. Very highly recommend this roadside assistance if needed near the Holland location.”

“We purchased a used trailer, and were concerned about the bounce we were getting at certain speeds. We were trying to decide whether to keep this trailer or not...K&R said we could swing by anytime for a quick visual inspection and some advice. We brought the trailer to them late in the day, they had us pull it into the shop, and a handful of guys swarmed all over it. They raised the rear with a forklift so they could better assess the bearings, axles & wheel alignment/balancing. They definitely had some concerns, but since we came in just before closing, we did not have much time. They suggested we leave it with them and if they had some free time the next day they would look it over more closely. They did, and found some problems that were dealbreakers for us. The conclusion was that we did not buy the right type of trailer for our needs. I asked them what I owed for their time, and they said "nothing"...wow! I think they felt bad that we spent money on a trailer that just would not work for us. I'm not suggesting that they will do work for free, but I did get the impression that they were a good group of technicians with a management team that cares about their customers. I figure the least I could do was leave a positive review reflecting the generous help they provided to us. Thank you!!!”
