1st stop in town, last going out. Prices are not bad gas wise and the remodel turned out nice. Small bathroom and in use a lot, but it is what it is.

I was on my way back home from MI when my car charger stopped working. I stopped at this Shells to buy a new charger. Later found out it’s not a cord issue. Chris was working the counter and I was very impressed. He provided me with great customer service along with everyone else that walked in. He was personable and while I felt I was in the middle of no where Chris created a safe environment while I charged my phone for about 45-60 minutes. Chris, if you get to see this buddy, you have a new friend in Illinois. AND if the thought of moving ever crosses your mind come see me! I have a job for you.

Really? $9.81 for a pack of Kools. No its not just bc smokes are high. Thats just a plan ripoff. Can buy them anywhere else in MI for $8 or less a pack...

I can’t say that I didn’t have bad service I just didn’t get any service . Truck is running low on oil I went inside to get one of those paper cones there’s nobody behind the counter . Stood there for a few minutes just in case they were working by themselves and were in the back grabbing products to stock or something. Then I walked around the store and they were in the office chilling at least two maybe three people.

Nice station, just got gas. Their pump was having issues and charged me 2 times. Their response was to accuse me of trying to make a false claim and said this happens all the time. I would recommend getting their pumps serviced, so they can change their attitude towards their patrons and stop looking at them like they are trying to steal from them.

Amazing store. Very organized and clean, great location right off Highway. Has diesel and many other products to choose from. Very nice clerks inside what a wonderful fuel station.
