5 STARS! We were visiting the area from out of town when our car broke down. Called AAA and they sent Andrew from Ray's services. They could not have sent a better person to save us! Andrew was kind and professional and towed our car to the hotel where we were staying. He gave my wife and daughter a ride in his truck and helped me get an Uber. The next day, he came back to tow our car back home some 220 miles away and sent us a photo that it made it to our mechanic's. He made the whole experience so much less stressful for us. We highly recommend Andrew and Ray's Services to anyone. It is comforting to know there are such caring and helpful people in this world who go out of their way to help complete strangers in need. Andrew, THANK YOU for everything!

Just had a flat tire in fennville that I could not get off for the life of me. Called rays and the man who answered was Andrew he said he would be there as fast as he could, only took him about 10 minutes and he was there. As soon as he arrived he got right to work and with his tools got the tire off in no time he even stayed and helped get the spare back on. All I can say is Andrew at rays was amazing and life saver will definitely use them again if something comes up!!!

This place is amazing!!!! 5⭐️ for sure! My sixteen year grandson had a flat on the highway. Ray towed it, ordered the exact same tire and fixed it in a short amout of time. Extremely reasonable price and excellentcustomerservice. We will never use anyone else!

Ray’s is a GODSEND! These guys came to my rescue after another towing service left me stranded in an unsafe area with a flat tire. Andrew went above and beyond and helped get me back on the road quickly, and took special care and time to make sure I got the best service possible. Hopeless in Saugatuck!!! My sweet father had passed away a year ago so my sister and I flew in Thursday evening from Oregon so we could pack up his belongs and remove his car from his house that had been sold. We only had Friday to complete the title transfer for the car sale. Of course the car wouldn't start after sitting for a year. Feeling stuck in a town/state we weren't familiar with we started calling tow companies. Lucky for us a local business (Old Pike Cottages) had recommended Ray's. Andrew answered my phone call!!! When I explained our situation he said, "I'll be there whenever you need me". Once we found a place to have it towed I called Andrew back. He said, "I'm on my way". He arrived and was so friendly. We enjoyed meeting him and he made a sad situation so fun. I can't thank you enough!! Andrew, you really are a gem!! If we are ever lucky enough to be in Saugatuck, MI again we'll look you up and treat you to an ice cream.
